She will be back…
A personal note to the com- MOON- ity
Dear moon lovers,
After a 7 years cycle The Moon Journal is taking a break in 2027. We know… and we are sorry.
For the past 7 years The Moon Journal has been a place you could return to again and again, when you wanted to let your heart out, put pen to paper and let the words flow. She has been a tool to discover and deepen the connection with the natural cycle. With realness. With the Moon.
The Moon Journal is life in words, a glimpse to the past, a carrier of our inner world: A chronicle in the making.
But in 2027, she will take a break because Stine (founder and creator of The Moon Journal) is expecting a baby at the exact same time as we normally create/release and sell the new journal. We have always poured out heart, spirit and soul into the creation of the Moon Journal and with a new baby onboard we could see that we would not be able to deliver at the same standard as the past 7 years.
But, even if she will be difficult to replace, we are glad that we have our Mini Moon journal to stand in for “Big Luna: 2027 will be a mini moon year. (Link to Mini Moon)
Thank you all for understanding and know that you can already now sign up to the waitlist for the Moon Journal of 2028 and be the first to know about her return.
7 years – a cycle.
Why living with the moon feels meaningful
The first Moon Journal was created as a tool, an anchor and a way back to a life of meaning. After years of feeling disconnected and out of sync, the moon helped me find my way back. Her magnetism, her beauty, her quiet presence reminded me of something bigger and tuning into her rhythm showed me how life could feel like: less stressful, more connected, aligned, purposeful.
Finding meaning and peace in a modern world became the spark behind the Hola Luna Moon Journal — a journal that follows and honours the moon the cycle and energies of the moon.
How to live and manifest with the moon?
Lunar living is a very simple way of bringing something ancient, deep and rooted into our modern lives that are often full speed one way: forward. With her cyclic nature, the moon invites us out of the linear and into a cyclic natural rhythm. When the new moon is here you set intentions for the coming 29,5 days ahead – for the moon’s cycle. You ask yourself questions like: How would I like my life to feel? How do I take charge of my inner and outer world and not just let time fly without real meaning? What life do I dream about? What can I actively do to move closer to my dreams? You write them down on the new moon page in your journal. Pen on paper. Like a promise or pact between you and the moon.
On the full moon (half-way through the cycle) you reflect upon: “What beliefs and patterns do I need to let go of to create my dream life”. You spend the full moon light, her boldness and her presence to be with what comes up. You look into your shadows and face what has been holding you back from living more true – more free.
In between new moons and full moons you use your journal to get to know yourself better and to sit with your thoughts. What is on your mind? What is taking up space in your inner world?
Moon journaling is a beautiful journey where you become conscious about the life you would like to live, and in your own pace, day by day, cycle by cycle, move closer to yourself, and your dreams. Year by year manifesting a more fulfilling, real, deep and joyful life with the moon.
