What’s a ‘kriya’? A kriya is any '“action that moves energy toward evolution and purification.” It’s a set of mudras, mantras , postures and breathing exercises with a specific intention. We will be working with Kundalini Kriyas.
With the daily Kundalini Meditation practice, you'll get to dive deeper into the mystical experience and create your own daily ritual. It will be supportive meditation to the archetype of the moon cycle and will go hand in hand with the Kriya that initiates each moon cycle.
